By creating a Junoway account or using Juno Drop, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Subject to your active subscription or lifetime license, Junoway grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Juno Drop on the number of devices permitted by your plan.
Each account is for personal use by one person. Sharing account credentials or circumventing device activation limits is prohibited and may result in account termination.
You may not use Juno Drop to transfer unlawful content, circumvent security controls, reverse-engineer the software, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard or the Stripe billing portal. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods except where required by law.
The Lifetime Launch license grants access to the current major version of Juno Drop on up to the plan's device limit. Junoway reserves the right to end the lifetime offer at any time without affecting existing purchasers.
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. One free trial per person. We reserve the right to revoke trial access in cases of abuse.
Juno Drop transfers files locally — availability does not depend on Junoway server uptime for file transfer itself. Account features (license check, device management, billing) require internet connectivity.
Juno Drop is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Junoway is not liable for data loss, transfer failures, or damages arising from use of the software.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.
