What we collect

We collect your email address, encrypted password hash, display name, device names and platforms, activated device count, transfer metadata (file name, size, status — not file contents), and billing information processed by Stripe.

What we never collect

We never receive the contents of files you transfer. File payloads travel directly between your devices over your local network and do not pass through Junoway servers.

How we use your data

We use your data to operate your account, enforce license and device limits, process billing, provide support, and improve the product. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Clipboard sync

Clipboard sync is disabled by default. When enabled, clipboard content is transmitted directly between your paired devices over the local network. Clipboard contents are not stored on Junoway servers.

Crash reports and diagnostics

Crash reports are opt-in. If enabled, anonymised error data (stack traces, device platform, app version) is sent to help us fix bugs. No file names or personal content are included.

Third-party services

We use Supabase for authentication and data storage, Stripe for payment processing, and Sentry (opt-in) for crash reporting. Each operates under their own privacy policies.

Data retention

Transfer metadata is retained for 12 months. Account data is retained until you delete your account. You may request deletion of all your data at any time.

Your rights

You can export, correct, or delete your data at any time from your account dashboard. To close your account and delete all data, visit Dashboard → Settings → Delete account, or email privacy@junoway.com.
